I hadn't filed in 2 years and was a nervous wreck about penalties, etc. Robert quickly assured me with a list of necessary paperwork that he could get EVERYTHING done. I had been worried for MONTHS to file and Robert got everything done and filed within 4 days. He is helpful when you can't find something, offers resources so that you don't feel like you're doing any part of your taxes alone.
