- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more properties, the better deal I can give. The higher the rent would be for a tenant placement, the better the deal we can give as well. I am in the referral business, my only goal is to give our clients/tenants the best service out there...I know you know more investors, and I want a long term relationship that stems the entirety of your investments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we like to check out the property, take pictures, get everything signed so we have permission to market the property for placement. Once we find a tenant you approve, we will do the management contract and get the awesome new tenant moved in and go from there. I make it very easy...best thing to do is to meet, see if it's a good fit and go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Best education/training you can have is experience. I have worked with 1000's of tenants before, and been in 1000's of homes in my close to 10 years of experience. I and my team are investors as well, so we don't recommend a tenant/home that we wouldn't have ourselves. I firmly believe we are the best professional in your corner, as the buffer between your investment and the tenants.
