- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive, fair and honest pricing. If we are unable to provide a fixed price over the phone, we can come to your home to provide an estimate. We charge a $75 truck charge to come out, but if you move forward with the project then that will be waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can call, text or email. We will gather contact information and provide a fixed price if we have one available in our system, and if not then we will have someone come out to look at your project and provide an estimate. The $75 truck charge for the initial visit is waived if you move forward with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a Bachelors in Construction Management, John has 10 years of experience in the industry work with both commercial and residential clients. Blue Yeti was started in 2020, but John has been working in the plumbing and mechanical world for over a decade. Blue Yeti is licensed, bonded and insured.
