- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing compared to the current market we serve. Our rates are based off what others offer, but also allows a client to customize the cleaning tasks according to their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our intake process consists of getting a clear understanding of the cleaning needs. We do a blind quote, but found many of our clients prefer an accurate estimate, which we provide by visiting their home and visually assessing their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working at a McDonald's since I was 17 years old, opened me up to cleaning as a closing team member. They had specific and specialized cleaning needs, which we were held accountable to pass health inspections. I had a knack for cleaning and took pride in how well I kept the areas clean.
