I started training 3 days/wk with Shawn for 6 months. I started noticing the physical changes within the first 3 months and started having the hunger and desire to do more for our last 3 months. Shawn gave me the tools and confidence to continue training on my own. I now train 6-7 days a week and sometimes even twice a day! I’m looking forward to training with Shawn again!

Working with Shawn has been great. When we first started I was having issues with dehydration and led to me being hospitalized. Through that Shawn was willing to meet me where I was at and work up from there. One of the best decisions I’ve made by far! Highly recommend if you are looking for someone who cares and wants to get you to hit your goals.

I been working with Shawn for 6 weeks now and I can say that he’s a great trainer and a great person, he’s there for you 24/7 and he will point you into the right direction, I’m can already see the change in my body and it’s great I would recommend him 100% if you out there trying to find a good personal training that would work with no matter what this is the guy for you.

I have been searching for a good personal trainer and am so happy to finally come across Shawn. He puts a lot of effort to ensure that he is helping you meet your goals. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and friendly. Shawn is a great trainer and I would recommend him 100%! I am already starting to feel more athletic after a few weeks of working with him.
