FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can expect our first session to a full body movement assessment to assess strengths, developmental areas, cardio, mobility etc, measurements, before photos and sitting down to discuss all of their goals, exercise history, and desires. I also provide each client with a client intake assessment to be filled out prior to our first appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year degree in Bachelors of Science for Exercise Science with a Minor in Human Nutrition. I am a certified personal trainer, a certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Expert and a certified Holistic Fitness Nutritionist.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After graduating with my degree I started in the fitness industry training Professional athletes down in Westley Chapel, FL. I fell in love with helping individuals improve your performance, health and state of mind. I then made the transition to moving back home to MN and started out training men and women in their personal lifestyle transformations.
