- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You are not paying me for one hour or 5 or 10, you are paying for the amount of time I have spent learning and practicing my skills. In my case, I started personal training in 1999 when I was still living in Belgium.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am constantly assessing the level of difficulty people are experiencing while they are working out. it should be slightly challenging, and I can easily regress an exercise if needed with simple adjustments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10,000 hours of practice of one-on-one personal training, in 2 countries with clients from all walks of life. From average joe's to the royal family in Belgium and the C-suite of Target. NASM certified, full Pilates certification, martial arts background, snowboarder and windsurfer
