My goal in working with Joey was to increase lean muscle with proper form. As a woman in my 50s, I understand the importance of at least maintaining my existing lean muscle, though, I’m also driven to increase it. In order to accomplish this, I knew I needed both support and a knowledgeable coach to advance. I had been lifting independently and often felt sore and strained in a way that felt like I was injuring my body due to improper form. Joey provides me exactly what I need. He is a skilled, attentive, and outgoing individual, and he’s helping me realize my goals. While I used to lift for the benefits, my body now craves it and I love it. I get excited for our sessions and feel incredibly accomplished as the results are measurable. It’s amazing how much more effective the gains are and how much better it feels with proper form. As a result of Joey’s guidance, I have not only gotten physically stronger, but I have also developed a strong mental attitude toward strength training. I am excited to keep up the work we are doing and increasing my lean muscle to support my mobility and athleticism well into my senior years. 😃

Joe is a remarkable trainer and really easy to get along with! He makes it really easy to follow along with the workouts and is very good about answering any questions I have. Joe made it easy to fall back into a routine with exercise and I've been able to see significant results on the scale and in the mirror.

Joey is amazing! When we started chatting I was struggling with eating and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. Joey gave me a super detailed nutrition plan, and along side with pushing me a little more in the gym I’ve been seeing GREAT improvement! It hasn’t been easy but Joey is very supportive and I’ll always appreciate that!

Joe is amazing!! Super knowledgeable and committed to helping me reach my fitness goals. His approach is to build up a sturdy foundation so you can stick to it!! We have also become instant friends so work outs are fun and the time flys wile you get pushed to build those muscles!!!

I’ve only been with Joey for two weeks, and I’m amazed as: 1) I feel no pain when I exercise - the first couple of days were painful, because I do not work out (let me rephrase that: I DO NOT WORK OUT!) and my muscles are mush - because Joey knew exactly how much to push me, and what muscle groups to work; 2) he is hilarious, extremely professional, pushes you to limits you never knew you could reach before and last, but not least, he gives your “homework” in both exercise and calorie count. My biggest issue was my balance, or lack there of, it is a miracle the way it improved in only five sessions!! I cannot be more please and optimistic about being back in shape till summer.
