- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $50/hour. This includes light lifting/moving, light cleaning, and organizing. Additional storage or organizational tools will incur additional costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with either a virtual or in-person consultation where I ask questions about the customer's concerns and ultimate goals. I then customize solutions and recommendations for the client to choose from, and can begin work same-day if the schedule allows.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in Organizing and Redesign by NAPO University.
