Brittany was EXCELLENT to work with! She was incredibly kind, validating, knowledgeable, creative, and took my priorities into account from the beginning of our consultation. We completely transformed the ground floor of my house over two days worth of work. Two days to un-eff 7+ years of mess in the house, and to establish systems and zones that will work for us going forward. Two days, people!! The whole time it felt like a collaborative process. She seemed to intuit the best way to go about pain points in the process (ie, sorting and picking what to keep/throw/donate/sell of highly emotionally loaded items). She was also fabulous with my silly anxious dog, cat, and briefly with my toddler before daycare :) I also really enjoyed chatting with her, getting to know her, and getting to (over)share stories behind particular items that I chose to let go. Decluttering felt holistic and therapeutic, instead of painful. I will absolutely work with B Organized again in the future in different areas of the house. heaven forbid, if we ever move, I would call her to help me figure out zones in the house prior to ever putting a box down. Her ability to know where an item’s “home” is within a room is immeasurably valuable. I’ve attached pictures of one of my biggest pain points, our kitchen. Despite trying to organize and come up with sustainable systems and zones for years, our kitchen had gotten to almost hoarder levels of things pouring out of cupboards and was just generally not a functional space. 8 hours of hard work later and I have a kitchen I can cook in. Heck, I can walk in without having a panic attack now. That’s huge! Thank you so much, Brittany. You have helped me and my family out immensely. Feeling “home” at home is something I’m experiencing for pretty much the first time ever, and I couldn’t have done it without your help.

Wow! Brittany is something special. Things got a little out of control with my wife’s bout with cancer. We really needed some help, but we were apprehensive about having someone going through our “stuff” Brittany was able to ease those fears and bring that “peace of mind” that organization can bring. Prior to meeting in person, Brittany and I had spoken on the phone and brainstormed some ideas for my space. I shared the initial before pictures with her, see attached. After speaking with her I was inspired to get ahead on some sorting and managed to put one of her ideas into practice for my spice drawer. Brittany arrived promptly and was not only professional but very friendly. When she arrived, we talked over a few different options and got to work going section by section based on the different categories for my items. My biggest hang up was my kitchen. After moving from a big kitchen with a full walk-in pantry, I couldn't seem to get the smaller kitchen to work. Within a few minutes of being in my apartment Brittany had organized under my sink and helped me fit an organizer that I hadn't been using and some other cleaning items under my sink. From that moment I knew I was in good hands. The process went quicker than I expected with her helping me sort things into manageable chunks so I didn't get overwhelmed and sometimes taking over sections while I worked out where I though certain things should go. We were able to work together well, and I will say she has an eye for making things fit. Additionally, I had a few bins of things that if I had to get rid of myself I 100% would have tried to keep something that would be better off donated, so I appreciated the fact that when she left, the items in my kitchen that weren't trash were donated. Overall, she was responsive, punctual and great to work with. As a funny side note, she is a little shorter, so we both ended up making use of my stool for the higher up items. Something to keep in mind if you hire her is to keep a stool handy just in case. If I ever move again and need organization help, I would definitely recommend her.

I am SO happy and amazed at the way Brittany got our garage in order! I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start or what to do in there and even though it is a 2-car garage, I couldn’t get ONE HALF of a vehicle in it due to the amount of stuff piled in there! When I say it was a MOUNTAIN, I mean it! Brittany went through EVERYTHING, boxed and/or put things in bins, labeled and categorized, put together shelving and clothing racks…WHEW! She even took items away that I wanted to donate. Doing all of this with a great attitude! Brittany is so nice! (Once I get my pics together, I will add them.) What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50-60/hour. This includes organizing, light lifting/moving, and light cleaning. Additional storage or organizational tools will incur additional costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with either a virtual or in-person consultation where I ask questions about the customer's concerns and ultimate goals. I then customize solutions and recommendations for the client to choose from, and can begin work same-day if the schedule allows.

I have a certification in Organizing and Redesign by NAPO University.
