- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most requests and projects, there is a flat fee so there are no surprise costs at the end of the day. If there are other needs that need to be taken care of, that will be discussed at initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very important to me to understand my client's needs and priorities. At first, I would like to schedule meeting or phone call to learn more about your needs and during that time I will be asking questions to establish goals and expectations. -What is your need? -What is your goal? -Type of tasks/projects needed assistance with. -What are your expectations? -How would you like to communicate? From there we can establish a plan and relationship on how I can serve you best!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
