Also, we specialize in odor removal. We are not a cleaning service, carpet cleaning or vent cleaning service. We eliminate odors and that is all we do. Al does a great job! He's very good at explaining the product and process to the customer. He also guarantees his work! As a Realtor, his customer service and follow up are very important to me when working with my clients. His product is very effective at removing odors and it's the only thing I have ever found to eliminate cat urine odor! Highly recommend!

Allen was so helpful and knowledgeable. He wanted to find the right solution for me, not just the most profitable solution. His product works better at deodorizing than anything I've tried so far (and I've tried a lot), make sure you buy a bottle or two for future use.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard service is 20 cents per square foot. For example, a 1500 square foot home would cost $300. Our special service price is quoted. Special service pricing is usually only needed at hoarder homes or when decomposition (death) odors are being removed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer any questions. Find out what the odor problem is and how our process will eliminate it. Then we set up a treatment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have treated homes, apartments and businesses since 2004.
