- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I like to keep my pricing highly competitive and straight forward, when completing larger projects I do often provide a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out to me I evaluate the scope and location of their request. Once I complete that I am able to confirm my pricing to them. If they decide that want to proceed with my services, we set up a location and time to complete the notary. I'm often able to coordinate all this in 2-3 messages and under 5 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed the licensing process with the state of Minnesota and my notary commission is currently valid through January 31, 2027.
