- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To ensure an accurate estimate, please schedule a consultation with us. We'll discuss mural size, project timing, location (indoor or outdoor), need for scaffolding or lift, wall type (texture, brick, cement, wood), wall condition, design complexity, and your ideas. Photos of the wall and inspiration ideas are appreciated. These details impact pricing. Our projects have a minimum cost of $3000 due to the minimum hours it takes for the planning process, design time, setup, equipment, supplies, and potential travel expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and streamlined for clients. Here's how it works: 1) Contact us with any questions or to get started on your mural project. 2) We'll schedule a zoom consultation to go over the details like concept ideas, size, timeline and more. 3) Based on our discussion, we’ll send you a quote for the project. 4) Once the quote is approved, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to get started. 5) We’ll create 3 unique design concepts for you to choose from. 6) We’ll provide at least one round of revisions to the chosen design concept. 7) Once the design is approved, we’ll schedule the mural project and come on-site to execute.
