Ben, we appreciate your time to leaving a review but you are not honest for us saying that we are available on Tuesday when you had booked with us 2 weeks ago and on a few days before the service you had said out that you need to cancel so we had canceled and explained to let us know a few days prior for your next appointment. You had said that you will guide us through by phone for removing the important parts of the table which we did eventually agree to but it would’ve been more complicated. We eventually had to tell you that this Tuesday won’t work because we had clients who booked with us going all week this week 2-4 weeks prior. You had then blocked us and didn’t answer when we tried to figure other solutions for you. Our policy had been the same since we had launched our services and we do not provide pool table or larger piano moving due to the amount of attempted and failed moves that had happen. We apologize about the experience that you had. We are one of most recognizable, respected, and outperformed moving business with a lot of certifications including BBB. Have a fantastic week!

Thank you for spending some time for leaving a review. Due to the size that we had measured through the back of your door, even without the parts of your refrigerator, it would not be able to fit in. The only way for us to be able to in your fridge is we would have to take important cables, which then wouldn’t need to be reconnected and we did not want to be held accountable if the specific wires that was in plastic covering part was taken off and then reconnected again could not work. We apologize that we couldn’t move this bridge for you. We had moved a lot of fridges in the past for our previous and current clients but yours specifically was a more difficult and riskier to move. We had communicated with you about that and showed you the wires that we did not wanted to disconnect.
