- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every repeated client who contact for our services within 2 months will receive a 10% discount for next time services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first arrive greet the client, grab our dolly’s, blankets, and furniture stretch wraps, go to their home and let the client explain exactly what type of their belongings needed moved if no pictures were sent or no walk ins of their previous home were not estimated, and start moving and loading all of the belongings to a 20-26 ft box truck or to a 6X12 enclosed trailer with a truck that has 6 ft of flat space in the back if we are providing a small move of a studio-1 bedroom apartment,home, or other facilities that are equivalent to similar sizes. All box trucks involved during moves have a $75-150 truck fee to cover mileage. Note- some moves can take longer then quoted due to other belongings that clients had forgotten or can underestimate, however that is totally understandable.

Complete Certification Of Sales Education and previous experiences with moving and transporting.
