I am personally not into high pressure sales. I want customers to feel confident that they have hired our team. We follow the IICRC drying standards for water damage, fire damage, biohazard and mold remediation. Our company only offers testing through a third party as we consider doing the testing, and the work is a conflict of interest. Our service technicians use Xactimate which mirrors the insurance industry estimating software making this a faster transaction for our clients. It's important for our clients to remember we work for them not the insurance carrier. We document our workflow, utilizing technology and collaborate with our customers It is our desire to earn your trust, and receive a five star review at the end of the project

I decided to tackle the issue myself, but still Deborah at UC Restore was so helpful in tecommendations & advice! She even gave me a name of another company to repair my gutters. It says alot about a company when they truly care about people even though they didnt get my business…at least not this time.

45 seconds after I posted for help I received a call (this was at 9 pm). Deborah was so nice and helpful and helped calm me down stating that our mold issue wasn’t as bad as it seemed. I didn’t actually have them out to do the work as they responded to my inquiry with first a msg through the system and then a follow up that took care of it . They take mold seriously and they will not do work ( expensive work) that you Can do for yourself if able .. It wasn’t a huge area but it’s expensive. I had no idea how to clean it up but they walked me through what to buy and how to do and also went as far as to tell me how to prevent it in the future . I’m on a budget as many are and i really appreciated her lending her knowledge free of charge . This company Is honest and will always get my business and any referrals… the least I could do is write a review. Thank you !

We start over the phone. We will do an free inspection and estimate.
