The customer should know that my pricing is fare and my work is professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain whats going on while i'm working, so the customer knows whats going on and can understand why i'm doing what i'm doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Construction Management degree and certificate. I've been in the masonry trade (Union) for 25+ years. Also my entire family are bricklayers.
