Nick was very communicative before I agreed to work with his company. As soon as I did, I got radio silence every time I reached out. It was agreed that Nick's team would use a push mower in my yard for the first 2 weeks because we had freshly laid sod. I was shocked when I got home to see the quality of work done (See images) and reached out to Nick to cancel the service. Turns out that they used their riding mower. I got no apology, or request to rectify the work. I will have to lay new sod and I had to clean up the yard myself, there were glass clippings all over my driveway and sidewalk. I have never posted a negative review online because I believe most problems can be solved through communication but in this case, I feel like it is well deserved. My intent is not to be harsh, but to point out that this company does not care about customer service or satisfaction. To summarize, I do not recommend working with this company.

Nick was very easy to work with, and the guys he sent over to do the actual work were all professional. They trimmed some very overgrown trees and plants, as well as removing 4 trees. I would hire them again

Initial weekly mow estimate did not consider my location and I was provided with second/real estimate that had a price increase once I tried to schedule service. Crew was here maybe 15 minutes and lawn looked terrible after, very uneven mow lines and inconsistent grass height. I’m not sure how any professional lawn service would have left it looking that bad. One area of my lawn was completely skipped for some reason. Coordinator forgot to schedule me for weekly service so I had to call after they didn’t show up for a week and I told them not to come back.

Nick and his crew were very efficient and effective in communicating. They worked with us on short notice to get our lawn mowed before it got past the point of no return and squeezed us in right before the long holiday weekend! Nick was very polite over the phone, chatting casually while discussing rates and services. From there, they sent us a quote and let us know exactly what day/time they would be there. The team was fast and picked up all the extra clippings. Our yard was no longer a jungle and they called after to confirm all was well. Great service and we have decided to keep utilizing their team!
