- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge between $50-$58 per hour. My rates are based on the scale and nature of the proposed project. Also, I charge for project materials and a single service fee which is calculated based on the size of the project at hand. On different a note, there are some projects I charge flat fee for. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I prefer to meet with my clients, clarify project details and submit an estimate before starting any projects. Secondly, my goal is to offer quality workmanship by leveraging my industry knowledge and experience to achieve exceptional results. My process is best understood by explaining myself: I believe the decorated spaces we dwell in are not only reflections of personality, but are also meant to inspire and emote feeling. I enjoy not only fixing and restoring surfaces, but also exploring new and original ways to remodel a space by utilizing tailored color schemes and application techniques. Not only do I think of myself as a painter but also a technician, artisan, and a curator. In this light, it is my aim to explore the best ways to use tools and products to apply finishes that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also help protect and preserve surface integrity. With all this in mind, I am committed to collaborating closely with my clients, listening attentively to preferences, and translating aspirations into visual expressions.
