I booked Victorian for a deep clean of my home. Lizbeth is the contact person I coordinated scheduling with. Nobody arrived on the day of the clean, after I reached out she shared that they made an error on their calendar but would make it right and be able to conduct the clean two days later. On the morning of the rescheduled clean Lizbeth messaged me to say that they would need to cancel the clean entirely. She then stopped responding.
