- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At MaidxChange we charge by the size and type of the job. Size of the job includes how many bedrooms and bathrooms. Type of job includes standard, deep cleaning, or move in / move out. Extra services include refrigerator, oven, and inside window cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process may include email correspondence or a phone call to discuss specific needs for the house cleaning, ideal arrival times, and payment options. Once everything is agreed on, we work with customers on communication specifics on who their cleaner or cleaning team is and text or email on Thumbtack about their arrival eta. After the work is finished we reach out to the customer to see how things went. When everything is confirmed to be great, we arrange for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a real estate investor and work with a lot of cleaning scenarios that are relevant to MaidxChange. My cleaning standards are the basis of the expectations for all of the cleaners we work with.
