- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL OF OUR RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICES ARE BILLED HOURLY: Purchase a book of time starting from 2 hours up to 8 hours. Our cleaners work swiftly are instructed to begin with bathrooms and kitchens first. MOVE OUT CLEANING for larger homes almost, always require more cleaning time, especially if its a scrub, deep clean. We RECOMMEND a minimum of 3.5 hours/3 cleaners for MOVE OUT CLEANING for larger homes with at least 2.5 bathrooms. Feel free to stay or run errands while the cleaning is being done; although we do ask that you return at least 10 minutes before the time is due to expire - so a house walk-through can be completed while the cleaners are still onsite. Rates Cleaning rates are determined by the layout, the size of the space (square footage), number of bathrooms, floors, windows, bedrooms etc. It depends on the cleaning category required. We offer light cleaning, Bath and Kitchen Only packages, top-to-bottom cleaning and time restricted packages. The normal activity that took place within the space, such as the number of adults, number of children, pets and how long the space was occupied. We require a 2 hour minimum on all residential jobs. Once the maximum hours have been reached, the cleaners are obligated to stop even if the entire cleaning checklist has not been completed; although, our cleaners are instructed to begin with bathrooms, kitchens and any other area or item you prioritize. Since our move out/move in cleaning rates are charged by the hour we can not refund nor return to finish any areas that were not completed within the paid time frame. We can only guarantee that our cleaners will work as fast as possible while still providing quality service for the specified amount of time quoted above. It's best to pay for more time than needed just to make sure everything is address; we'll gladly refund any portions back if it takes less time to complete. We log the time spent in your home, starting from when we arrive at your doorstep until we have said our goodbye. A thorough move out/move in cleaning can be time-consuming. Our cleaning specialists ARE NOT SPEED CLEANERS. We are detailed cleaners and it takes time to thoroughly detail clean a resident. We DO NOT guarantee that all items on your priority list will be completed, so it's very important that you list your priority items in order and be precise GENERAL TIME AND GUIDELINES: 800 to 1000 square feet - 2.5 to 4.5 or more hours 1200 to 1500 square feet - 3.5 to 6.5 or more hours 1500 to 2400 square feet - 3.5 to 8.5 or more hours 2400 to 3200 square feet - 3.5 to 10.5 or more hours 3200 to 3600 square feet - 5.5 to 12 or more hours 3600 to 4200 square feet - 7 to 16 or more hours

If you’re not satisfied with the job we did, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we’ll return and complete the job to your satisfaction. If we are not informed within 24 hours after service – We are not responsible to return and complete the job. REFUNDS: Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with EXCELLENT CLEANINGZ. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. We do not offer partial or full refund – If you have complaints – Make sure to contact us within 24 hours. PAYMENT and DOWN PAYMENT: To Book our Services - We require 50% NON REFUNDABLE DOWN Payment. Again, if you have complaints with our service , Please contact us within 24 hours, So we can reschedule to complete the job to satisfy your needs. Unless you are invoiced monthly, full payment is required upon completion of the cleaning service. CANCELLATIONS AND RE-SCHEDULING: You’re welcome to cancel or re-schedule with at least 24 hours notice. We plan our schedule ahead of time, and our staff depends on the regular income of a full schedule. When you cancel on short notice, we still need to compensate our staff fairly. When we schedule your cleaning job we reserve that time for you and you alone, and turn other business away. We charge $80 missed appointment fee for late cancellations or late re-schedules. ARRIVAL TIME: Estimated Arrival Time: We’ll give you an estimated window of arrival. Our staff will call to let you know if they’re significantly off schedule (more than a half hour early or late). While we schedule for travel time, we can’t control traffic conditions, and earlier clients’ appointments may take more or less time than scheduled, or be cancelled.
