- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price you see is the price you can expect. All our pricing is listed on the website and there are never any hidden fees. Once you have scheduled an appointment with us through the website or over the phone we will send out an email confirmation with the price listed so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer and every property is different. It is crucial to us that we know as much about the property and our customers concerns as possible. There is a place on our scheduling questionnaire that gives every customer a chance to explain any special concerns they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All inspectors are NACHI certified that work with Inspections Plus. However, that certification is fairly easy to get. In addition to certification we all come with construction background and have years of on the job training in construction. MN does not regulate the inspection industry so I am always encouraging people to please ask "Why are you an inspector?" when choosing in this industry.
