This guy is awesome. He's honest, knows how to do almost everything and gets the job done. I have a home being sold and needed several tasks done. for example, he opened a faucet to see if I could reuse the cartridge and then replaced the faucet. He added trim/base board with his nail gun and caulked. He made several doors open and close properly, etc. All around smart and efficient. Hire him. I'm sure if you think you can do better you'll be spinning your wheels.
