- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate is $95/man-hour plus the cost of materials. There is also a $55 trip fee for any job that is 4 hours or less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing the details, most clients will text or email photos of their project so we can give them an idea of how long it might take to complete. We then schedule one of our lead craftsman to come complete your job. We email an invoice once the task is complete, and payment can easily be made online or by mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 20 years of building and remodeling experience, both residential and commercial. We know how to make repairs that last. Most contractors prefer to sell you a complete replacement when you only need a repair. We won't do that.
