Alex was friendly and competent, though there was a bit of a language barrier and he didn't quite understand what I wanted done. Once he understood the project he went right to work and got the new light installed over our stairway. He even took the old ugly light fixture away for disposal. He was very conscientous and hard working, and made sure to get it done exactly right.
