Eric helped with a lot of move-in projects: replacing a couple door locks with electric key pad locks, installing a Ring doorbell and mounting a security camera, hanging an extremely heavy mirror, installing a ceiling fan, and installing shelving in the master closet. He was right on time and worked quickly and efficiently and I would absolutely hire him again.

Holy cow was Eric fast. And efficient. And respectful! He installed 4 fans and a stairwell light fixture for us extremely quickly and cleanly -- and he did it so quietly that our baby daughter in the next room slept through everything. If you're looking for someone to replace light fixtures or fans don't look anywhere else!

Eric was great! I was am out of town and my renters had some issues that Eric was able to diagnose and resolve.
