David was willing to solve our problem of replacing a pool pump motor w/ the same motor we had, thus saving us extra $ we didn’t want to spend on a variable speed pump & motor assembly as we’re going to be selling this house & don’t want to spend any extra $if we don’t need to! They also found other problems w/ a cracked multiport valve & leaks in the waste water pipe & fixed all of those! Quite a relief getting these problems put to rest! Quite affordable, too.

Dave is very good and prompt on responding. He did the job as per agreed time frame and explained all the in and out what to expect. The cost of the labor is unbeatable.

Short story: - Trustworhy - Due Dilligence - Very good prices - Fixes everything - I wish he could fix my life like how he fixed my house. Long story: Above and beyond is an understatement to the quality of Davey’s work. If you are looking for someone who will make your home headaches go away at a fair cost, high quality, and trustworthy service, look no further. As a homeowner of 7 years, I have discovered how difficult it can be to trust people to repair things around the home for you. Davey, was able to to not only demonstrate over and over his trustworthy, but he is transparent about his due diligence. For example, he fixed my Furance for 10% of the cost other vendors were going to charge. He contacted support for Moen for us and was able to sweet talk them into giving us an out of warranty replacement for FREE. He fixed our washer the proper way, not just use a workaround as a stop gap that another handy man did. The list continues and my house won’t go to shambles because of Davey.
