Borys was right on time and really helpful. The delivery people didn't deliver the right install equipment and we had to make two trips to the store for parts - Borys offered to do one trip himself to expedite. It was a very difficult install in a tight space and old equipment. His price was exactly what he said it would be and he did a great job.
