Bory was fantastic! Responded within moments of my request for quote, and came out same day. He was quick and concentrated about his work, and installed our replacement microwave within 40 minutes, including drilling new mounting into tile backsplash and adjusting and securing top-side ductwork it attached to. If I could give more than five stars, I would!!
