I am fair, transparent, accountable, and timely. I use only the best quality products and focus on every detail to implement my clients ideas into the best result. I provide itemized invoices, complimentary walk-thru bids, and design services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to minimize the stress and disruption typically associated with large projects, ensuring a positive renovation experience. I achieve this by providing complimentary walk-through bids, itemized invoices, transparent communication, ongoing project management oversight and regular project check-ins. To ensure project success, we will conduct a thorough budget review, schedule regular touch-base meetings throughout the project, and maintain complete transparency in all communications.
