- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are lenient with our prices, and work with our customers to give them high quality services with lower prices. We understand that some things need to be repaired ASAP and not everyone has a big budget for projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an easy process that we practice with our new customers. At first we schedule an appointment to see what the job is, because sometimes communicating with pictures can be a little tough. After the first appointment we schedule a day when the handyman would come and start working. Our estimates are always free, and we set a high set of urgency for our customers. We understand that everyone has their own busy schedule. And sometimes things need to be repaired as soon as they can be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the handyman industry for about 10 years. It all started of with doing remodeling in older houses. With remodeling houses I was encouraged to learn more and continued to broaden my set of skills. From remodeling, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, to tiles. All of my knowledge and professionalism came from hands on work and experience.
