Mark represented me in a DUI case - and while not proud to admit - given it was a 2nd offense, I was relying very heavily on Mark's expertise. While Mark was re-assuring and supportive, he was also very matter of fact outlining clearly to me the law and his personal expectations of the case. He represented me in court and appealed to the judge on my character as a professionally employed individual and father and family man. In summary, I am quite sure that without Mark's representation my situation could have been quite difficult. I do not think I received any preferential treatment by the court - but I'm quite sure Marks representation was beneficial. I hope to never rely on his professional experience as an attorney again, but have NO hesitation in recommending him should someone experience a similarly challenging situation.
