- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to start out by learning more about your wedding or event. Once we get all your details, we will set you up with your username and password to log into your secured website so you can add music requests, make payments, sign agreements, complete a timeline questionnaire, and have constant use of other features and online tools. Later in the process, we will set up times to either meet in person or have several phone conversations and emails to gather more information to ensure a no-hassle and piece-of-mind experience for you!

I have a certification in production & I completed a course in sound & light engineering.
