We recommend that every potential customer should schedule a simple phone meeting to discuss their needs. The pricing that is shared through Thumbtack is just an estimate and due to every need is different the prices very.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is as followed: 1. Complete a contract to secure the date 2. Meet with the customer by scheduling a simple phone meeting. 3. Send a music selection to see what they like and don't like along with a reception planner form and an example of a time line. This gives the DJ the ability to plan ahead and assist you on having a flawless event.
