They were so helpful for me. I really was going through a week and a particularly really hard day. He came right out and help me fix my computer. It only took him a few minutes. We were very pleased with the service we received from Network Solution! We appreciated how quickly they responded. When Hash and Ed arrived they were right on time, friendly and got to work right away. We have old iphones and ipads which contribute greatly to the problems we were having. They patiently explained what was going on, went over alternatives and the implications of each. They were never pushy regarding which choice we would make. They took our ipads to replace the batteries and were back within a couple days and made sure they were synched up with everything. Since we had a few days to digest all they went over, we decided to install their mesh system to get better wifi coverage and again we were able to schedule within a few days. Very pleased with everything about their service and they will be our first call with any technical issues! Highly recommend!
