MB lost M2 slot, needed new MB. Old MB was for 10th Gen CPU, which is discontinued. He found a 13th Gen MB/CPU/HS+fan with two M2 slots and rebuilt computer in existing full tower case. Got it back Sat AM and it works great.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Charge 50$ for the first hour and then 35$/hr there after. I also have set pricing for certain services. Virus Cleaning - 120$ OS Install - 75$ Hardware Upgrades (Does not include hardware) - 15$/piece of hardware installed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet customer, and discuss or address concerns and what they are looking to have fixed. I try to address all fee's up front so there are no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A+ Certified. I have worked in Computer Hardware shops for several years. I Have a lot of experience in all things computers.
