- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is nothing really standard in pricing of a facility to be cleaned, since all facilities and uses of those facilities are all different. The number of people that work in a facility, hours of operation, 5 day work week or 7, floor type, number of restrooms, all of these enter into our tailoring our bid to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do is visit with the owner/manager and find out what their specific needs are. We will then explain how we can tailor our bid to meet those specific needs. We then measure the facility, and start processing the bid proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As business owners we have had hours of training from our corporate office on our policies and procedures. Each of our Franchise cleaners go through and extensive orientation program prior to accepting their first account.
