Started in NYC cooking for Jean George, Blue Hill and a stint at Michlelin starred Per Se. from there, we started catering and cooking for celebrities, private cheffing, weddings, and dinner parties on both coasts. Recently, my husband and I hosted a small dinner party for 10 in our home with Chef Angela as our private chef. From our initial contact with her, Chef Angela's culinary experience, professional expertise and personal touch were evident. She made the planning process with varied menu selections effortless for us. On the afternoon of the party, Chef Angela arrived promptly and quickly went to work preparing our meal, which included appetizers, salads, a surf ‘n turf main course, sides and dessert. The food was prepared precisely on time for the arrival of our guests. The quantity and quality of the food was perfect, and the presentation of the entire meal was beyond our highest expectations! Our entire group raved about the food she had prepared for us. After the Chef completed her kitchen clean-up following the meal, you wouldn’t have known she had even been there. Thanks to Chef Angela, the dinner party was a huge success! Chef Angela’s professionalism and easy-going manner immediately put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy a fabulous evening with our guests. We will not hesitate to use Chef Angela’s services again and highly recommend her!

Angela was wonderful, both as a chef and as a person! We hired Angela to prepare a 60th birthday dinner for our mom and 9 other guests. She was so personable, thoughtful, and fit right into the dynamic of the evening. We selected dishes from her Italian and new American menus and recommend the short rib arancini in particular! The whole process with with Angela was seamless from beginning to end. She gave us a variety of options, was very flexible, and was communicative throughout the process. She even helped clean up after dinner, making the night feel like a real treat. We'd hire her again in a heartbeat! Thanks again Angela!

Angela is amazing to work with has lots of menu options and will assist you with different ideas and thoughts. Very responsive with emails and phone calls. The food is top notch fresh ingredients and delightful sauces to compliment the meal. Presentation and preparation are quality. Not only is she a great chef but a great person. If you have an event or something special, she is your person.

We did this for our family gathering and this was the first time we had our own personal chef. The range of flavors, textures and variety of food choices for our appetizers were incredible and delicious. They were beautiful and totally beyond all expectation. The STAR of the show: the BEST prime rib we have ever eaten anywhere in our lives!! Mouthwatering and every family member RAVED over this and the only challenge now: How do we ever follow this up?
