- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are custom and therefore vary significantly based on the project. Generally speaking, here's the breakdown of the costs; In home consultation - free Treatment - varies significantly Install - varies based on size of the project Taxes - based on state and local taxes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start with a phone conversation so we can learn about your needs and schedule an in-home appointment. Together we'll review options, fabrics, and treatment styles. After providing a quote, the client gives us the go/no go decision so we can place the order with the manufacturer. All products are fabricated for the customer, so please give ample time for manufacturing and shipping. Once we receive and inspect the materials to make sure they're exactly as expected, we'll then schedule the install and the client will be just a few days away from enjoying their brand new, 100% custom treatments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work closely with our corporate design center and various vendors to understand the technical aspect of each product. Then we make sure our in-home consulting guides you towards the right solution without putting any pressure on you.
