- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to state liquor laws we are a dry-hire bar service. Which means our prices don't include the cost of alcohol. Alcohol is purchased separately from our services, but have no fear! We make this process very SIMPLE! We place the alcohol order through our preferred liquor store, pick it up and deliver it the day of your event. All you have to do is pay the liquor store. EASY PEASY!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Inquiry Step 2: 15 minute phone consultation to grab some event details Step 3: Receive a proposal in your inbox within 24 hours Step 4: Secure your event date by paying a 50% retainer and signing agreement Step 5: Phone call 30 days before your event date to nail down a drink menu Step 6: Approve alcohol invoice and pay liquor store (if applicable) Step 7: Final payment is due 3 weeks before your event date Step 8: Event day! Now you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your event. We'll take care of set up, break down, keeping the kegs cool, and serving up smiles!
