- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once Turbo receives a job request, I will give you a call to verify all the needed information in order to schedule the diagnostic. After thorough diagnosis, I will explain the issue to you and let you know what exactly needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA certified to perform work on your appliances! My studies did not end after receiving this certificate and I strive to be the best and understand what it takes, that’s why I am constantly learning new skills. This is incredibly important, as new appliances get more complicated with constantly improved technologies!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with everybody, customers’ happiness is extremely important to me here at Turbo. This is why I commit to any job, big or small, with my utmost effort and dedication.
