Absolutely incredible. Technicians were thorough, polite, explained everything and made my fireplaces look brand spankin new. I could not be more grateful and impressed at the service. Replace a thermocoupler in an original 90's fireplace that was giving out. In the basment fireplace, they even added a bit of insulation to stop the cold draft. I had oreviously just put 2 large blankets in front, so this was incredible.Even the addition of the glowing embers at the base of the fire just warms my heart. If you have a fireplace, call them. Seriously. You will not regret it.
