Introduction

I am a Minnesota licensed general contractor with 38 years of residentail and light commercial experience and we are proud to offer exterior cleaning since 2012, of any exterior surface from roofs to curbs and everthing in betweeen. We specialize in safe roof cleaning and are the premier limestone cleaner in the Mankato area. We can safely clean any type of roofing surface (asphalt, cedar and steel), all types of siding (wood,vinyl, steel and Hardi types), glass from windows, skylights and solar panels, decks of wood. vinyl or Trex type mantainence free products and concrete driveways, retaining walls, pavers and sidewalks. We are a contributing members of the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners and we serve and teach on the Soft Wash Systems Pro Staff and Board of Directors.

Highly recommend Spray Away Softwash. They cleaned the rust & algae off the our siding on our house. Very professional & they did a excellent job. We would definitely use them again and we want them to clean our canopy on our camper this upcoming Spring. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price all surfaces by the square footage and we prefer to do site visits when ever possible to give you an exact quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a site visit and an agreement on price and scope of work, we schedule the job and complete the job as scheduled. Payment is due the day of service unless another agreement has been reached before the service has been done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the UAMCC in roof cleaning and I am a teacher on the Pro Staff at Soft Wash Systems. In 2019 I was asked to serve on the board of directors for Soft Wash Systems. I also am a licensed general contractor with the state of Minnesota.
