FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay competitive, but will always do "A" level work. Keep in mind, you will get exactly what you pay for. It's not always the best idea to take the cheapest professional, regardless what your shopping for. I do excellent, efficient and thorough work from start to finish. What would you pay to have the best one for the job and the cleanest, bacteria free house in the area? It might ease your mind to know your health could improve simply by hiring me on a continuous basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Id want to know if there are any sort of allergies to any cleaning supplies I might potentially use so I can bring a substitute (if possible), or leave it out altogether. The health of my customers is important to me and it's encouraged to mention this in an attempt to keep everyone i serve safe, healthy and happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I clean up after 4 kids everyday, I think I'm more than qualified. lol.
