Every flame starts with a spark. Ever since I was little I have been drawn to the art taking things that do not work and either building something new in its place or fixing it to make it work better than it ever has. When I was 4 I began following my dad around relentlessly while he fixed things and innovated new things to solve our family's everyday problems. I remember him teaching me how to work hard while he showed me his vision of what he was building or improving. I was fascinated by the miracle that took place in front of him as he worked with his worn and calloused hands and unknowingly resolved to spend my life improving and building things too. At Ignite, we continue to fan the flame of greatness.
