The plumber we normally use was unable to replace our leaking hot water heater due to a injury. We like to support local small business, and after doing a search and reading reviews I decided to contact "Dooty Calls". After talking with Yuriy and having a comfortable conversation I scheduled a appointment for the following morning for Yuriy to evaluate the project. He showed up early for the appointment (a good sign), evaluated the project and realized our heater was warranted for 9 years and it was only in the seventh year. He called the manufacter and got us a new replacement unit, which he installed to current codes. We are completely satisfied, and highly recommend Dooty Calls.
