- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If quality and craftsmanship matter and you want it done right the first time with a fair price and an attention to detail, then we are your guys. I am 1 of only 15 CERTIFIED FLOORING INSTALLERS in the Twin Cities area so you can be sure your project will be installed correctly and professionally the first time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide you with a ballpark estimate based off of basic measurements or drawings but to give an accurate estimate and to troubleshoot any problems that might arise, we will need to see the area first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are one of only 15 Certified Tile Installers in the Twin Cities Area. This certification does not come easy and is awarded by The Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF). CTEF offers the only 3rd party assessment of installer skills and knowledge recognized by the Tile Industry.
