The quality of work was great, our front steps look and feel fantastic. I think in the future, I would prefer to have a written scope of work with details of what was agreed upon - ended up having to give 'extra' materials money for something that was planned on from the beginning, which was both confusing an frustrating. A 2-3 day job turned into a few weeks as well, I will note they found water damaged siding they had to address/fix for inspection which added to both the cost and timeline. Again, great quality of work, but a written SOW/scope of the project, price breakdown, etc. is what I will be looking for in the future.
