- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an extensive list of packages related to Automotive and Marine detailing to fit every single customers needs. This can be found on our website. Typically the packages are meant to fit the vehicle or boats needs so we can always be confident that our customers are satisfied 200%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome every single boat and vehicle owner with open arms! We start our process and estimates by asking a series of important questions to give you the correct quote the first time around. We typically will spend 10-20 minutes on the phone with every new customer to address their individual needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Travis Hall, CEO and Founder of One Choice Detailing has a BBA from Hamline University. We have been certified as Lake Service Providers through the DNR, We are certified ceramic coating installers, and Travis has over 10 years in the Automotive and Marine detailing industry. We are constantly researching the evolving products and continue to expand our services.
