Monica was our saving grace throughout the process of planning our wedding right up to the day. She took care of everything and ran all of the details by my husband and I at a time that was convenient. I can say it would not have been as stress free and enjoyable as it was without her. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price varies based on the needs of my client. There is a wedding day coordinator price of $600 and a fee for wedding planning of $1,200. For wedding planning, I work with the client on all aspects leading up to that special day and throughout their wedding day. The wedding day coordinator service entails ensuring the decor is exactly how the clients envisioned, handling vendor deliveries, and any other details of the day to take the pressure off the bride and groom. I am also at the wedding from beginning to end; ensuring the day goes as planned and handling any needs of the couple. My goal is for the bride and groom to enjoy their day to the fullest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My primary job is building rapport with my clients. My goal is to find out what you envision for your special day and work to bring that vision to life. Whether you need a wedding day coordinator or wedding planner, from start to finish, I communicate directly with my clients and vendors throughout the process to ensure everything goes as planned and the wedding day goes smoothly. I work with clients to help them feel aligned with the process. My method is as follows: Review what wedding day elements are most important to the couple. What do you envision for your special day? Once a clear vision is established, and the budget has been discussed for the event, we work on securing a plan of action. From there, I work with my clients by outlining every aspect of the wedding day ultimately bringing it all together. I take over as the showrunner, so the couple can be the showstoppers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Outside of planning my wedding, I have taken on the title of wedding planner for close friends and family and helped them with their weddings. Because of the joy I found in the work, I have decided to start my wedding planning business to connect with other couples who could benefit from the gift of having me plan your special day
