- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to make sure that our pricing is fair and competitive! We offer flat rate pricing, and will have all charges approved by you before completing the work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon booking a service, you will receive a confirmation email and text with your scheduled date and time. On the day of your appointment you will receive a call/text informing you that our technician is on his way. Once he arrives, he will assess the problems you are having and present you with our flat rate options. All work and price will be approved by you before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are very experienced and we continue to train weekly so that we can be sure we're up to date on the most current technology and repair techniques!
